| General note | En 1981, el ayuntamiento de Tárrega, con la colaboración de Comediants, puso en marcha aquella primera edición de la Fira del Teatre Trifulgues i Xim Xim al Carrer. A lo largo de todos estos años, la Fira ha evolucionado desde su carácter inicial, eminentemente festivo y popular, hacia un concepto mucho más profesional. Hoy por hoy la Fira es esencialmente un mercado internacional de las artes escénicas que congrega cada año a centenares de programadores teatrales de todo el mundo y que genera un volumen de negocio muy importante para los artistas participantes, pero mantiene el espíritu de sus origenes gracias a la participación de un público fiel y entusiasta. Este libro traza un recorrido por la historia de la Fira de Teatre con una esmerada selección de imágenes documentales y el testimonio del periodista y crítico teatral Gonzalo Pérez de Olaguer |
