"Algunas historias retoma cuentos de autores como Juan José Arreola, Alice Munro, Saki y Graham Green para construir un mosaico de experiencias, y explorar las contradicciones humanas y los conflictos que narran autores esenciales, reafirmar que la esencia de la teatralidad radica en el arte del actor. “Estas historias”, nos dice Laura Almela, “forman parte de mi proceso personal; son resueltas de forma libre y partiendo de determinados paisajes mentales, estados de ánimo, asociaciones o simples y descarados deseos de jugar.” La actriz cuenta las historias “sin teatralidad”, cuenta a través de su experiencia de 40 años en escena, cuenta y construye atmósferas, dramas, selvas y ciudades, calles y casas". |
