| Summary, etc | La danza expresionista de Mary Wigman (Ausdruckstanz) supuso un importante capítulo dentro de la Danza de la República de Weimar, aunque nuevo en su concepto, recogía elementos que recordaban a la antigua tradición de la danza chamánica. Tomando como referencia otros artículos del periodo de la República de Weimar, y descripciones actuales sobre el chamanismo, así como, testimonios de la propia Wigman, este ensayo explora como este nueva pero antigua práctica representó el impetu fundacional de la danza del siglo XX y la terapia del movimiento. |
