"Barcelona 1907. Paquita es modista y vive una triste realidad, su jornal es el único y escaso sustento de la familia. A duras penas aconsejada por una artista que cree en sus aptitudes, se ve obligada a dedicarse al género ínfimo, tan en<br/>boga en las postrimerías del novecientos.<br/>De un duro comienzo en los escenarios, pasa a la fama arrolladora con un ritmo frenético; de La Bella Raquel a Raquel Meller.<br/>Por su vida se suceden los amores en sus dimensiones varias, el desasosiego, la incertidumbre, el olvido… Las torres se levantan y caen.<br/>Se impone en los teatros y las pantallas del mundo entero. Estreno: 10 de septiembre de 2013 en el Teatro Reina Victoria de Madrid. Reestreno de la obra presentada por Tribueñe en la temporada 2007. Reposición en febrero de 2021 en el Teatro Tribueñe de Madrid, con los intérpretes: Helena Amado, Candelaria de la Serena, Rocío Osuna, Badia Albayati, Matilde Juárez, Iván Oriola y Zalo Calero. |
