| 520 | _aAlthough Francisco Andreví Castellá is not a household name outside of Spain, he looms large in the history of nineteenth-century music in Spain, as he does in that country's present-day musicological activities. Moreover, Andreví, who served as a number of important musical institutions, including the royal chapel of Ferdinand VII, was a prolific composer. My catalogue accounts for no fewer than 369 works, with these reaching us in 515 copies spread mainly in archives throughout Spain, but also in France.
